TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The program is to encourage and rewards retailers who sell Rasi Seeds Products.
  • Only retailer can participate in this program. Only one person from the participating retail counter is allowed to get registered in this program.
  • The mandatory clauses for enrolment the person are: - front shop photo getting registered, name, seed licence number mobile number, shop name, complete address of the shop, pin code, District/ City/Taluka, clear land mark.
  • The enrolment into the program for the retailer would be physically verified periodically during the program period and any discrepancies if noticed, the registration will be deactivated from the program. Rasi Seeds (P) Ltd. decision will be final in such decisions. The rewards points if any accumulated will stand cancelled.
  • The selected products would carry unique code on its package. The reward points are awarded when the unique codes of these parts are scanned through Rasi Seeds (P) Ltd. android mobile app (Rasi Connect) and successful submission by the participating retailer.
  • Registered retailer shop owner can accumulate such rewards points during period of the program and can redeem them for eligible gifts. The eligible gifts with corresponding no of rewards points required are listed in the program gift catalogue. The gift catalogue may change without prior notification.
  • Any request for change of gifts/models other than mentioned in the gift catalogues will not be entertained. In case of any model/gift getting obsolete. Rasi Seeds (P) Ltd. reserves the right to offer another gift of equivalent points. Images in the gift catalogue can be differ from the actual gift.
  • The gifts/alternate gifts are being provided from reputed suppliers. Rasi Seeds and their associates are in no way shall stand guarantee to the quality/purity of gifts nor be liable for any deviancies, defects, warranties.
  • All applicable taxes including but not limited to income (with holding) tax, TDS, Gift tax & insurance charges or any other incidental charges for the program gifts will be payable by the respective registered retailers only.
  • Rewards points accumulated cannot be exchanged for cash. Unique code associated with selected seeds packages are valid during program periods.
  • The rewards point allocation to respective pack may change without prior notification.
  • Any dispute regarding duplicate claims, invalid code, damaged codes etc. will be decided by Rasi Seeds (P) Ltd.&its representative.
  • Mobile number and address change need to be communicating through Sales Head with the approval from VP (S&M).
  • No changes in address are allowed when redemption request is in progress.
  • Any damaged product claim request should be communicated within 2 days of receipt.
  • Gift redeemed will be delivered only after verification by Rasi Seeds authorities.
  • Any other disputes of gift delivery need to be claimed within 15 days from delivery.
  • For automobile products insurance and registration to be done by the individual only at their own cost.

 

OTHER TERM AND CONDITIONS

  • Rasi Seeds (P) Ltd. reserves right to change, modify, delete rules and regulation of the program without prior notice.
  • Rasi Seeds (P) Ltd. reserve right to revise gift catalogue, delete gifts, change points in gift catalogue at any point of time.
  • In event of dispute/ issue arising out for the program, is subject to courts of [Coimbatore Jurisdiction, Tamil Nadu].
  • R Connect Mobile Application and Portal is developed and managed by M/S Irewards in accordance with the mutually signed agreement with Rasi Seeds and the scope of work as defined in the agreement.
